Certified Safe Schools provides expert consulting services in conjunction with CivicPoint LLC with respect to all aspects of school safety and security, including preventing, protecting against, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from incidents ranging from school shootings, wrongful deaths, violent assaults, sexual assaults, and rapes to bullying and student suicides. In terms of prevention and protection we assist our clients in developing policies and procedures designed to prevent incidents before they occur including developing relationships with federal, state and local law enforcement. We also provide training on best practices, evaluation of current policies and procedures, review of hiring practices, and review of memorandums of understanding with law enforcement and other agencies. With respect to mitigation and response, our team is available to work with schools and law enforcement when an incident takes place to mitigate the damages and possible liability.
