This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any CSS-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our affiliates, including www.certifiedsafeschool, or any of the foregoing available on or through a mobile computing device, or use our other products and services that include an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information. Your use of the Services, and continued use of the Services following any changes to the Privacy Policy, signifies your consent to be legally bound by both the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. We additionally use cookies on this website and use Google for servicing fonts.
USAGE INFORMATION
We may also collect certain indirect and/or aggregate information as a result of your use of, and interaction with, the Services (“Usage Information”). To collect Usage Information and track and record how you use the Services, we may use certain standard web measurement and tracking technologies such as “cookies,” web server logs, or other statistics programs. This data is anonymous and does not personally identify you. Usage Information helps us measure the success of the Services and its features or pages and to improve your online experience. In addition, we may utilize web beacons (also known as “action tags” or “one pixel .gif files”), provided by our advertising serving partner, to measure the effectiveness of, and otherwise manage, our online advertising. These web beacons enable our advertising server to recognize you when you access our Services and to determine which banner ads bring users to our Services. We do not use spy ware, adware or any other similarly intrusive software.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. We recommend that parents actively participate in their children’s use of the Internet. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy
CSS reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you (by posting on our website) that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use.
